Cancellation Policy:
In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, our valued retail customers can return / exchange the product from the distributor from whom they purchased the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a valid reason and return the said products along with a copy of the order receipt from the original customer. If retail customers request a refund or product replacement, it is the distributor's obligation to meet the customer's demand. Thereafter, the distributor may exchange the goods from the company within 30 days from the date of shipment and shall submit the following at the time of exchange:

The Company offers a Buy Back Policy to Distributors who wish to resign their Distributorship and return any TimeSave Company product that is in good condition, usable, resalable, restockable, unopened and unaltered and within its shelf life. Product not expired Product invoice should be within 30 days from date of purchase. The product returned upon approval will be equal to the distributor's cost, less a service charge of 11% of the company's total bonus on the original purchase.Buy back policies are designed to impose on sponsors and organizations to ensure that distributors are purchasing products wisely. Distributors are requested to purchase products they can reasonably sell within 30 days.
Return Policy:
If delivery of products from your online order is delivered in a short period of time or if you receive different product/s that are not part of your online order for which you paid in full or if the product is delivered to you in damaged condition, within 24 hours reasonable of receipt. Refund Policy:

If rejected, COMPANY will issue a full refund equal to the purchase price of the returned products less actual shipping charges and an 11% service charge within 30 business days.
